High Concept"Days Gone" is an open-world action-adventure game set in a harsh wilderness two years after a devastating global pandemic. Play as Deacon St. John, a drifter and bounty hunter who rides the broken road, fighting to survive while searching for a reason to live.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Designing and iterating on main story missions and side missions in the open world; from concept to final product.
- Blocking out layouts and cover for mission beats to iterate on gameplay before collaborating with artists to bring it to life.
- Was in charge of several of the more narrative focused missions, as well as several Freaker combat focused ones.
- Scripted events and setup for mission activation and cinematics, levels, items in the open world, and blueprints.
- Maintained documentation for several missions, and crafted presentations to help demonstrate the intended flow.
- Collaborated with other disciplines to create interesting encounters and troubleshoot bugs as they arose.
Mission Design
My role on the Design Team was to maintain and iterate on several of the main Story Missions, as well as a handful of the open world story missions. Many of the missions I worked on were more Narrative focused, or had combat encounters with the Freakers and the Horde. Below, I've selected a few missions and jobs that I feel showcase my abilities, challenged me, and helped me to grow as a designer.
